Heights and Hills, an affiliate of Greenwich House, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Center Director to join the Older Adult Network’s Park Slope Center for Successful Aging (PSCSA). The Assistant Center Director will support the delivery of programs, services, and resources that empower older adults to remain active, connected, and independent while promoting dignity and quality of life. In this role, you will provide social work support, resource navigation, advocacy, and assistance to older adults while helping oversee the daily operations and programming of the senior center. As the Assistant Center Director, you will work closely with the Center Director, agency staff, volunteers, social work interns, and community partners to support the overall success of the older adult center. This role combines social work practice, program leadership, outreach, client support, community engagement, and supervision of social work students and volunteers to address the diverse needs of older adults. The Assistant Center Director will help coordinate center activities, support program development, provide information, assistance, referrals, and supportive services, assist with crisis intervention, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment where older adults can access resources, build meaningful connections, and maintain their independence.
