About The Position

As a Center Director, you’ll lead the clinical and day-to-day operations of one to two centers while helping create an environment where clients thrive and team members love coming to work. You’ll partner closely with regional leadership and clinical support teams to ensure your center is fully staffed, operating effectively, and delivering excellent clinical services. Just as importantly, you’ll set the tone for your center—building a supportive, collaborative culture where team members are engaged, recognized, and encouraged to grow. This is a unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with people leadership and center operations while still staying connected to the work that brought you to ABA. Locations: Center Director for the Newton and Framingham Learning Centers (Newton 4 days/week, Framingham 1 day/week).
