About The Position

Rosenboom is a locally owned, family-operated company that values teamwork, safety, servant leadership, and continuous improvement. The Cell Operator supports Cylinder Cell operations by producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and helping production run efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards. Paid on-the-job training is offered. The schedule is Monday through Thursday.

Requirements

• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or production experience is preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine tools, equipment, or robotic systems to produce parts to specification.
• Read and follow blueprints, job orders, and production instructions.
• Perform inspections using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and separate nonconforming parts.
