About The Position

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Cell Culture Sales Specialist for a remote position covering the Massachusetts territory. Candidates in the greater Boston, Massachusetts area are preferred. The role is focused on growing Cytiva Cell Culture business, serving as a primary customer contact in assigned accounts and territory, and achieving sales and order targets. The specialist works with Sales leadership on budgeting and forecasting and collaborates with customers and internal teams to develop and implement business and go-to-market plans.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
At least 3 years of strategic sales and/or related commercial experience.
Proven customer project-planning skills.
Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to foster collaboration at all levels.
Consistent track record of relationship-building.
High-level presentation skills, including the ability to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales and order-volume targets at target prices in assigned accounts and territory.
Prepare an annual territory sales budget in collaboration with Sales leadership, including forecasting sales, analyzing data, and maintaining records and documentation in appropriate systems.
Establish customer relationships, develop business strategy, and improve business opportunities for Cytiva Cell Culture.
Represent Cytiva and act as the primary customer point of contact in allocated accounts and territory.
Provide ongoing feedback to management, product teams, services, and marketing.
Develop and implement territory and team go-to-market plans.
Achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
Maintain and build existing business and identify and grow new business opportunities.
