This role involves designing and executing cell-based experiments characterizing novel heterobifunctional molecules in cancer cell models, maintaining and expanding a panel of cancer cell lines, and planning and running compound treatment experiments. The co-op will execute cell proliferation and viability assays, perform various molecular assays like Western blotting, qPCR, and ELISA, and analyze data to interpret results. Collaboration with the team, protocol development, and maintaining accurate electronic lab notebook records are also key aspects of this position. The goal is to contribute to a reproducible experimental workflow generating decision-quality data.
