JMT's Pittsburgh Construction Management Team is looking for CDS operators for PennDOT and Pa Turnpike assignments on the Mon/Fayette Expansion Project. Immigration sponsorship is not available, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.

Requirements

• Proficient in math and have the ability to check calculation completed by field inspectors
• Ability to perform daily work activities in an efficient and organized manner

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contractor’s payment requests
• Manage and maintain all project documentation such as PSA reviews, SOS, DBE work, etc.
• Assist in preparing work authorizations and work orders
• Coordinate with field staff to ensure construction operations are being properly documented
• Assist with project closeout, prepare final invoice and preparation of project final documents
• Organize and maintain project documents
• Interact with client representatives, auditing firms, contractor representatives, sub-consultants, and other field staff
• Perform other related duties as assigned
