About The Position

Drivers operate heavy-duty trucks equipped with front-, side-, or rear-end load lift attachments, depending on the business line and vehicle. They transport waste or recyclable material to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities when trucks reach legal load capacity. Drivers provide collection services for commercial, residential, or roll-off containers and may need to maneuver heavy wheeled containers, drive in congested areas, and perform skilled backing maneuvers. Roll-off drivers also prepare, load, and transport large open-top and compactor containers, sometimes in tight overhead environments. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday day-shift position. The role is safety-sensitive and requires strict compliance with safety rules and protocols. Successful candidates may be subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with government regulations and company policies. The expected base pay range is $22.00–$31.00. The specific offer may depend on relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. A $5,000 new-hire bonus is offered.
