About The Position

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting guests to and/or from the hotel, hospital or casino and local area in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner using safe driving practices. They are also responsible for assisting guests with luggage including delivery and pick up of guest luggage during guest arrival and departure and maintaining the vehicle activity and maintenance logs. Requirements

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and ability to meet DOT and client requirements
  • Ability to safely operate passenger shuttle vehicles in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Commitment to safety and responsible vehicle operation
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, professional, and calm in fast paced environments
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work evenings and/or weekends

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport guests, patients, visitors, and associates to designated locations
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and document vehicle activity in accordance with company procedures
  • Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, luggage assistance, and service-related needs
  • Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately
