About The Position

American Septic & Sewer (division of American Rooter & Drain) is seeking a full-time CDL Septic Pump Truck Driver to join their team. This role involves driving and operating a septic vacuum truck for residential and commercial calls. Responsibilities include locating, uncovering, pumping, and inspecting septic tanks, hauling waste to approved disposal sites, explaining findings to customers, and maintaining the truck's cleanliness and road-readiness. The company is willing to train the right CDL driver. This position offers a flex schedule and steady, year-round work.

Requirements

• Valid CDL, Class B or higher, with tanker (N) endorsement
• No air brake or automatic-only restriction on CDL
• Current DOT medical card
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience driving a manual transmission with high/low range
• Comfort with physical, outdoor work in all weather

Nice To Haves

• Septic or vacuum truck experience preferred
• We will train the right CDL driver
