About The Position
American Septic & Sewer is seeking to add an additional driver to their septic team. The ideal candidate will hold a CDL with a tanker endorsement, take pride in clean work, and treat customers with respect. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling and steady, year-round work.
Requirements
- Valid CDL, Class B or higher, with tanker (N) endorsement and no air brake or automatic-only restriction
- Current DOT medical card and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Experience driving a manual transmission with high/low range
- Comfort with physical, outdoor work in all weather
Nice To Haves
- Septic or vacuum truck experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive and operate a septic vacuum truck on residential and commercial calls
- Locate, uncover, pump and inspect septic tanks, then haul to approved disposal sites
- Explain to customers what you found and what their system needs
- Keep the truck clean, inspected and road-ready
