About The Position

BLOSSMAN GAS & APPLIANCE, INC is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Route Driver at our Florence branch location in the Jackson, MS area. This is a growing company looking for dedicated route drivers to join their team. Drivers will serve customers daily in the Rankin / Madison County, MS areas and will not be gone overnight or for extended periods. Blossman Gas is the largest independent propane company in America with over 85 locations. Route Sales professionals are responsible for the safe, timely delivery of propane on established routes to commercial and residential customers. The company has an established teamwork culture and seeks motivated individuals desiring professional growth. Training will be provided. The position requires customer service skills, occasional on-call duty, and being a contributing member of a team environment while championing Blossman's core products and services. Driving and delivering in all-weather conditions is routine. A strong commitment to safety is a must. Regular bending, lifting, and pulling are associated with this job. A valid CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements is required within 90 days of hire, necessitating a clean driving record. The company can assist with obtaining these endorsements with a commitment to stay with the company as a driver for 2 years. Pay is competitive and depends on prior propane or route sales experience. Requirements
