About The Position

Cintas is seeking a CDL Production Shuttle Driver to support the Rental Division. The driver transports clean items from a processing plant to a branch location and soiled products from a branch location to a processing plant each day. The role includes loading and unloading clean and soiled items from the truck with assistance from other employees, maintaining a clean work area, and meeting or exceeding standards for work quantity and quality. The position is regular, full-time, and scheduled for second shift.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must hold a commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Must have a valid DOT physical certificate.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
• May need to handle soiled materials or materials with pungent odors while using appropriate protective equipment.
• Must be able to stretch, bend, squat, stoop, turn, or reach to perform work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to engage in physical activity, including lifting or moving materials during the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Expected to demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, integrity and honesty, safety orientation, independence, sound judgment and decision-making, and cooperative interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport clean items from a processing plant to a branch location.
• Transport soiled products from a branch location to a processing plant.
• Load and unload clean and soiled items from the truck with assistance from other employees.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
