About The Position

Cintas is seeking a CDL Production Shuttle Driver to support the Rental Division. The driver transports clean items from a processing plant to a branch location and soiled products from a branch location to a processing plant each day. The driver loads and unloads clean and soiled items from the truck with assistance from other employees, maintains a clean work area, and meets or exceeds standards for the quantity and quality of work.

The role takes place in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. Work may involve handling soiled materials or materials with pungent odors, using appropriate protective equipment. Physical activities include lifting or moving materials and stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must hold a commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Must have a valid DOT physical certificate.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be able to perform the listed physical activities and lift or move materials during the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to handle materials that may be soiled or have pungent odors, using appropriate protective equipment when required.
