Requirements

• Must be in possession of an active Pennsylvania non-commercial Class C Driver's License or equivalent.
• All employees must possess an active Pennsylvania Class A or B Commercial Driver Learner's Permit on the first day of work.
• All positions require employees to possess an active Medical Examiner’s Certificate in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Regulations by the first day of work.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Train for licensing and certification to operate heavy trucks, loaders, and related machinery
• Follow safety rules, use protective equipment, and stay aware of hazards in the work area
• Use motorized and non-motorized tools to complete tasks such as cutting brush, digging ditches, and repairing surfaces
• Operate controls, use seat belts, and install or remove tire chains as needed
• Make visual observations, perform manual adjustments, and report findings in written and oral form
• Properly report injuries, accidents, and near misses to ensure safe work conditions
