About The Position

Highway Signing is hiring CDL Operators to support traffic control and pavement marking operations throughout Iowa and Nebraska. This is not an over-the-road driving position. Our CDL Operators work hands-on with specialized equipment and crews on roadway projects that help keep communities safe and moving. If you enjoy outdoor work, operating equipment, working with a team, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL preferred
• Tanker endorsement is a plus
• Good driving record and safety mindset
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Mechanical aptitude is helpful
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, and occasional weekends during peak season
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who are ready to learn and grow.
