About The Position

The CDL Operator transports chemicals from plant sites to customer locations and helps ensure customer delivery requirements are met. The role supports safe, efficient logistics and first-class service at customer sites by preparing routes and shipping documents, loading chemicals, conducting inventory and inspections, and operating a treater truck. The operator also performs routine maintenance on pumping systems and completes records needed for safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of CDL driving experience.
• Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-based, safety-first environment.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to move 50 pounds and perform physical and tool-based tasks.
• Ability to operate a heavy-duty manual-transmission vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day warehouse and delivery operations, including preparing routes, shipping papers, and DOT pre-trip truck inspections.
• Perform daily inventory at sites and load the chemicals required for the day's treatment route using a pump.
• Ensure DOT requirements are met for the delivery and treating fleet.
• Complete DOT inspection records, treating tablet entries, and maps to support safety and compliance.
• Perform gate checks, routine pumping-system maintenance, and work-area inspections.
• Drive a treater truck to and from client locations.
• Load and unload inventory and work in the workshop.
