About The Position

This role is for new CDL graduates starting a career hauling refrigerated freight. Drivers complete 4 to 6 weeks of on-road training with an experienced mentor, earning $650 per week during training. After the mentor signs off, drivers receive their own truck and are guaranteed $1,000 per week for their first three months solo.

Drivers haul temperature-controlled freight with no unloading, typically covering 1,900 to 2,500+ miles per week. Most loads are drop and hook. Drivers are home every two weeks. Average weekly gross pay is $1,300 to $1,500, with mileage pay that increases with experience and a performance bonus plan.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old and hold a Class A CDL.
• For new drivers, have at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school.
• For experienced drivers, have 6 months of OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12 or more months in the last 5 years.
• Have no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years and no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 to 6 weeks of on-road training with an experienced mentor.
• Haul refrigerated, temperature-controlled freight after mentor sign-off.
• Cover approximately 1,900 to 2,500+ miles per week.
• Handle mostly drop-and-hook loads; no unloading is required.
