Driver CDL - Weekend 3rd Shift

About The Position
The CDL Driver safely transports materials between company facilities and ensures the timely, accurate movement of products and equipment to support daily operations. The role involves driving local routes and is described as home daily. The schedule is Friday through Monday, 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. This is a touch-freight position. Starting pay is $29.00 per hour, plus a $3.00-per-hour shift differential; overtime pay is available after 40 hours worked per week.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of CDL experience in the last 3 years operating the same type of equipment required for the position, or larger.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Current, valid Class A CDL.
- Safe driving record.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience moving multiple types of trailers, such as tanks, vans, or flatbeds.
Responsibilities
- Drive a 53-foot tractor-trailer on-site or on public roads.
- Handle touch freight.
- Drive safely and follow all safety policies and practices.
- Perform routine inspections.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch.
- Transport materials between company facilities and ensure timely, accurate movement of products and equipment.
