About The Position
The CDL Class A Driver safely transports materials between company facilities and ensures the timely, accurate movement of products and equipment to support daily operations. The role involves local routes and driving a 53-foot tractor-trailer on site or public roads. It is a touch freight position, and drivers are home daily. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Starting pay is $29.00 per hour, plus a $2.00-per-hour shift differential. Overtime pay is available after 40 hours worked per week.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of CDL experience operating the same type of equipment required for the position, or larger, within the last 3 years.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Current, valid Class A CDL.
- Safe driving record.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience moving multiple types of trailers, such as tanks, vans, and flatbeds.
