About The Position

Shuster's Building Components is hiring experienced Class A and Class B CDL drivers to deliver interior and exterior doors to dealers and retail locations across its regional service area, covering the seven states surrounding the Tri-State region. The position offers primarily daytime regional runs, with one to two overnight trips per week potentially required. Company-arranged and paid hotel accommodations and per diem are provided for overnight travel. Short-term or temporary applicants may not find the position a fit. Drivers begin with training on the shipping dock to learn company procedures, safety expectations, loading techniques, and product handling before transitioning to driving. The company describes its equipment as automatic and well-maintained and notes that drivers work with a supportive dispatch team and ELDs. The role involves multiple stops per route, safe product handling to the tailgate for customer offload, load security, and accurate delivery paperwork. Overtime opportunities are available and required. The role has a stable, year-round manufacturing workload.
