About The Position

Shuster's Building Components is hiring experienced Class A and Class B CDL drivers to deliver interior and exterior doors to dealers and retail locations across its regional service area, covering seven states surrounding the Tri-State region. The role offers primarily daytime regional runs, with one to two overnight trips per week potentially required. Company-arranged and paid hotel accommodations and per diem are provided for overnight travel. The position is intended for drivers seeking steady, year-round work rather than short-term or temporary employment. The role involves multiple stops per route, moving product safely to the tailgate for customer offload, securing loads between stops, maintaining delivery paperwork and verification, and complying with FMCSA safety requirements. Equipment is automatic and maintained, with ELDs and dispatch support. Overtime opportunities are available and required. Benefits are available when eligible.
