EXPERIENCED CLASS A & B CDL DRIVERS

Shusters Builders Supplies Inc.•New Stanton, PA
•Onsite

About The Position

Shuster's Building Components is hiring experienced Class A and Class B CDL drivers to deliver interior and exterior doors to dealers and retail locations across its regional service area, which covers the seven states surrounding the Tri-State region. The role offers primarily daytime regional routes, with one to two overnight trips per week potentially required. Hotel accommodations are arranged and paid for by the company, and per diem is provided for overnight travel. Drivers should expect multiple stops per route and assist with moving product safely to the tailgate for customer offload. This is a stable, year-round manufacturing workload; applicants seeking short-term or temporary work may not find the position a fit. New drivers begin with training on the shipping dock, where they learn company procedures, safety expectations, loading techniques, and product handling. They transition to driving once prepared. The company uses automatic, well-maintained equipment, ELDs, and a supportive dispatch team. Starting hourly pay depends on experience, license class, and performance. Overtime opportunities are available and required. Benefits are available when eligible.
