About The Position

Mercer Landmark is seeking a full-time CDL Truck Driver to join our team on 2nd shift at our MPS location in St. Henry. This role offers a competitive shift premium of $2.00–$3.00 per hour. This position is responsible for transporting bulk feed to customer farms while supporting daily operations through safe, efficient, and reliable delivery service.

Requirements

Must be insurable and eligible to operate company vehicles
Class A CDL required or ability to obtain
Strong ability to safely operate various types of equipment and vehicles
Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions
Capability to make sound decisions that impact day-to-day operations

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles to haul and unload feed at designated farm locations
Maximize efficiency in the use of time, routes, and equipment
Conduct routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance; report any mechanical concerns to management
Maintain cleanliness and proper working condition of assigned equipment
Follow all company safety policies and security procedures
Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers’ operational needs and representing the company professionally
