Requirements

2+ years of experience operating combination vehicles (flatbed with TMF preferred)
Proficiency with DOT regulations, including legal strapping and load securement
Experience operating forklifts and truck-mounted forklifts
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Basic technical skills for logs, data entry, and communication tools
Class 1C Hoist license
Commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service

Responsibilities

Safely operate a CDL vehicle to deliver solar panels and related equipment
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain electronic driver logs
Load trucks and verify order accuracy, weight compliance, and proper load security
Utilize a Truck Mounted Forklift (TMF) and equipment to load/unload materials
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries through clear communication
Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, including drug and alcohol testing
Report vehicle issues promptly and ensure overall vehicle safety and performance
Maintain delivery and fleet documentation for internal reporting
Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping as needed
Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage and incident reporting
