About The Position

Drivers transport material to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities when trucks reach legal load capacity. The position operates Monday through Friday, 4:45 AM to 4:45 PM, and is described as on-site. Drivers are expected to operate safely and reliably, follow route assignments, provide customer service, and complete inspections and end-of-day documentation. The expected base pay range is $25–$27; the specific offer may depend on factors including experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. WM describes its work as supporting environmental solutions and a sustainable tomorrow. The company highlights paid on-the-job training, career progression, and an investment in employees through compensation and benefits.
