About The Position

This is a fully remote CDL Driver Recruiter position based in the U.S. The role involves changing lives one day at a time by finding great people to work. The recruiter will use creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates through postings, social media, and community outreach. They will conduct interviews, build candidate pipelines, and manage the onboarding process including drug screens, background checks, and I-9s.

Requirements

3+ years of recruiting & staffing experience.
Experience working with CDL Drivers and recruiting CDL Drivers/Industrial Staffing.
High volume recruiting experience is a plus.
Bilinguals are encouraged to apply.
Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
Experience with MS Office.
Ability to assess, delegate, and provide follow-up with customer orders/requests & internal team.
Leadership exposure/experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Meet with the team to brainstorm new ways to attract great people.
Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
Apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and the community.
Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate.
Build a pipeline of people and actively look for ways to impact order fulfillment.
Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires.
