About The Position

This is a fully remote CDL Driver Recruiter position for the U.S. The role operates Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The recruiter will be responsible for finding great people to work for the company, using creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, and interviewing to find the right fit for opportunities. The role also involves building a pipeline of candidates and conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires. The company aims to change lives one day at a time.

Requirements

Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
Experience working with CDL Drivers and recruiting CDL Drivers/Industrial Staffing
High volume recruiting a plus
Bilinguals are encouraged to apply
Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
Experience with MS Office
Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
