About The Position

VAMAC, Inc. is hiring a full-time CDL Driver - Class B. The role provides complete, accurate, and timely deliveries of products to customers and branches, and also supports warehouse and yard operations. The schedule is Monday through Friday on the day shift, with a minimum starting rate of $21 per hour plus performance incentives. Employment is contingent upon drug and background screening results.

Requirements

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B, including current DOT Medical Certification where required.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn and use the Epicor Solar Eclipse system, VAMAC intranet, or other applicable systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, email, and through other platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to multitask.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 100 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Boom or crane truck experience.
• Previous experience using an RF Gun.
• Current forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers and/or branches completely, accurately, and on time.
• Load and unload trucks, pull orders and transfers, replenish inventory, and receive warehouse product as needed.
• Work with team members on warehouse orders and truck loading.
• Organize and maintain the yard area and assist customers with purchases.
• Follow ethical standards and company policies to support a safe, friendly, team-oriented workplace.
