About The Position

CDL Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Driver - Cleveland, OH. This role involves delivering and merchandising ice cream to local retail stores. There are no sales quotas, as stores/reps write their own orders. The position offers a starting pay of $23/hr with structured growth up to $29/hr, local routes only ensuring you are home daily, and a Monday-Friday schedule. Flexible start times are available and set with your leader. There is a performance-based opportunity to complete the weekly route. The role experiences busy summers with lighter schedules outside of peak season.

Requirements

• CDL drivers
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work in cold environments
• Reliable, safety-focused, customer-oriented

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen products to assigned accounts
