CDL Delivery Driver, Trench Division
About The Position
The Trench Safety (CDL) Delivery Driver safely, promptly, and efficiently delivers, loads, and unloads Trench Safety equipment to and from customer worksites. The role operates Class A commercial trucks and truck-mounted boom equipment, follows safety rules, maintains equipment, and completes required paperwork. Compensation starts between $30 and $34.50 per hour, depending on experience. Badger Infrastructure Solutions provides non-destructive hydro-excavation services to customers across oil and gas, energy, industrial, construction, transportation, and government markets in Canada and the United States.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience hauling and loading large equipment.
- Experience operating a truck-mounted boom.
- Air brakes endorsement.
- Experience driving a manual transmission (10–18 speed) without automatic restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to deliver and pick up trench-related safety equipment, plates, and other equipment between yards, branches, and customer sites.
- Use truck-mounted boom equipment to load and offload safety materials and large equipment as required.
- Maneuver trucks safely in confined, uneven, or high-traffic job-site conditions and place loads safely.
- Secure loads in compliance with DOT and company policies.
- Keep trucks and equipment clean, organized, and serviceable.
- Accurately complete and submit delivery documents, service tickets, DOT logs, and inspection paperwork.
