About The Position
Hammond Lumber Company is seeking a full-time CDL Delivery Driver for its Fairfield, Maine location. The role involves handling materials in the yard, making customer deliveries with Class B or Class A equipment, and providing customer service. The position requires heavy lifting.
Requirements
- The preferred candidate will have a clean and valid Class A or Class B driver's license.
- The final applicant must comply with USDOT testing requirements.

Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience is a plus, but is not required.
- Experience handling building materials is a plus.
- Spider truck or boom truck experience is a plus, but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to pick, load, unload, and store materials in the yard.
- Perform customer deliveries utilizing Class B or Class A equipment.
- Provide customer service.
