About The Position
Cameron Welding is seeking a Class A driver to deliver industrial gases and welding supplies on local routes from Stanton, California. The position offers a predictable schedule and drivers are home every night. Drivers complete daily routes, prioritize customer service, and build relationships with customers. The role pays $30–$32 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for overtime. Cameron Welding is a local business backed by the Meritus Gas Partners network.
Requirements
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
- Hazmat endorsement.
- Tanker endorsement.
- Air Brakes endorsement.
- Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing up to 100 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of driving experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload products to and from specified destinations.
- Complete daily routes while ensuring customers are the top priority.
- Complete paperwork accurately.
- Maintain open communication with customers and fellow team members.
- Contribute insights on process improvements where appropriate.
