Requirements

Class B CDL driver's license with tanker endorsement.
Good driving record.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job such as climbing, bending, working in extreme weather, and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift.
Willingness to work day shift or night shift.
Basic math skills.
Ability to follow directions well.
Reliable with a positive attitude.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a road construction crew.
Must adhere to initial and ongoing drug testing policies.

Nice To Haves

Hazmat endorsement.
A high school diploma OR equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Drive a CDL Class B truck.
Perform laborer duties on road construction projects.
Be trained to learn a variety of different skills on highway projects, including joint sealing, tack coat spraying, and other specialized applications of materials.
Keep truck clean and in good repair.
Comply with all regulations while working alongside asphalt paving crews.
Work as part of a team.
