About The Position

Spectra Gutter Systems is seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Class A Truck Driver to operate 18-wheelers for the transportation of goods between locations. Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class A license (required)
  • Clean Driver record
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
  • Ability to operate manual and/or automatic transmission trucks
  • Strong time management and reliability
  • Ability to pass DOT drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Operate 18-wheelers (tractor-trailers) to transport materials safely and efficiently
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring compliance with safety standards
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods while following assigned routes and schedules
  • Maintain accurate logs and records in compliance with DOT regulations (ELD use)
  • Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, issues, or updates
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly
  • Assist with loading/unloading when required
