About The Position

The CDL Class A Truck Driver supports warehouse and delivery operations by safely delivering HVAC materials to multiple customers within a 150-mile radius of the branch. This is an active-unloading role, not a drop-and-hook position. The driver assists customers, handles materials carefully, maintains accurate records, and follows established procedures while completing delivery routes and warehouse tasks. The role also includes preparing the truck for the next day with the warehouse team and conducting safety inspections. Drivers work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and are home every day.

Requirements

Hold a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) for at least two years.
Have a current DOT medical card.
Be able to meet the physical demands of frequent loading and unloading.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Nice To Haves

Experience using a forklift.
Experience using an RF scanner.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently make multiple deliveries within a 150-mile radius of the branch, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of HVAC materials.
Provide customer service by assisting with unloading products and responding to customer inquiries or concerns.
Actively unload and properly handle and organize materials.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to load the truck for the next day.
Use forklifts and barcode RF scanners to support operations and inventory accuracy.
Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
