About The Position
Monarch Distributing is hiring for a CDL Class A Delivery Driver in the Evansville area. We are looking for prospective candidates with at least 1 year of touch-freight delivery experience that would like to join Indiana’s largest beer distributor. This role is home daily and works Mon-Friday morning shift.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old.
- Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
- 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience.
- Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
Responsibilities
- Unloading and delivering products to customers.
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle.
- Safely and professionally operating a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts.
- Securely operating powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck.
- Picking up returned products including payments and pallets.
- Completing delivery and pick up paperwork.
- Other duties as assigned.
