About The Position

Looking for an experienced CDL Class A Driver to join our Land Development team. This is a local driving position only. We're looking for someone with construction experience or knowledge who is comfortable working around jobsites and transporting construction materials and equipment safely throughout the Valley.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record
• Minimum 5 years of CDL driving experience
• Dependable, safety-minded, and organized
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Construction experience or knowledge is strongly preferred
• Experience hauling equipment and construction materials is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive 10-wheel flatbed trucks to local jobsites throughout the Phoenix area.
• Pull 30-foot trailers as needed.
• Haul masonry block, scaffold, construction equipment, and other materials.
• Load, unload, and properly secure materials and equipment.
• Verify deliveries match the paperwork.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and required paperwork.
• Assist with jobsite cleanup and support when needed.
• Work closely with field crews to keep projects running smoothly and safely.
