About The Position

R+L Carriers is hiring a full-time Class B truck driver at its Tucson, Arizona Service Center. The City P&D Driver makes local freight deliveries and pickups, with multiple stops per workday, and returns to the terminal daily. The role involves using scan equipment, working directly with customers, and completing potential liftgate deliveries using an electric pallet jack and/or dolly. The listed pay is $26.94 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, and drivers are home every day. Paid time off is available after the first 90 calendar days of employment.

Requirements

• Hold a CDL Class B license.
• Have a good driving record/MVR.
• Be capable of providing excellent customer service.
• Have strong problem-solving skills.
• Be able to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.

Nice To Haves

• Experience making deliveries in a commercial vehicle in cities and small towns.
• Experience using a lift gate and pallet jack.
