About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced CDL B Local Route Driver to join its Operations team. The role involves safely operating a commercial vehicle, managing a dedicated local route, and providing exceptional customer service. Accurate transport and record-keeping help maintain the security and trust Iron Mountain has with its clients. The position is part-time and based at 2605 North Berkeley Lake Road, Duluth, GA. The schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Monday, from 7:15 until route completion. Pay is $25.00 per hour.

Requirements

• A valid CDL Driver’s License and a good driving record.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of safe driving practices and security procedures.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical.
• Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds and carry or move heavy bins.
• Safe and efficient driving skills.

Nice To Haves

• 2–5 years of experience in route transportation or a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely and efficiently for scheduled pickups and deliveries, following Department of Transportation (DOT) and Iron Mountain security standards.
• Manage end-to-end route logistics, including securely loading, transporting, and unloading materials without assistance.
• Prepare required paperwork and records accurately.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customers to support timely deliveries.
• Provide strong customer service and verbal communication as a representative of Iron Mountain on the road.
