About The Position
Homans Associates, a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., distributes HVAC equipment, parts, supplies, and accessories across New England, New York, and New Jersey. The CDL B Driver delivers HVAC-related products to customers while maintaining safety, quality, customer-service, and regulatory standards. The role is based at the Wilmington Branch and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Compensation is $25.00 per hour. Relocation assistance is not available.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of commercial driving experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
- Team-oriented approach.
- Appropriate driver license requirements per DOT regulations.
- CDL Class B license required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver insulation, equipment, and other HVAC-related products.
- Load and unload the truck.
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Work with internal and external customers, including store associates, sales managers, and customers.
- Maintain appropriate data and safety standards to comply with DOT regulations.
- Work in the warehouse as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
