About The Position

Canada Dry, a member of The Honickman Companies, is hiring a CDL Driver for its Richmond team. The role delivers beverages—including Sunkist, A&W, Snapple, and Sparkling Ice—to stores and customer locations on an assigned route. Drivers load and unload products, organize routes, make timely deliveries, merchandise products as needed, process invoices and payments when required, and build customer relationships. The position offers daily home time, a daily rate of $26 plus commission, guaranteed 300 cases, and opportunities for overtime. Weekly earnings are stated as $750–$1,000+. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is paid in two installments: $1,000 after 60 days of service and $1,000 after 120 days. Union benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A or B with an air brakes endorsement.
• Minimum of 6 months of commercial driving experience.
• Clean driving record that meets DOT and company standards.
• Experience with pallet jacks, dollies, and delivery equipment.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities
