About The Position

This is a Home Weekly CDL-A job for the Southwest Regional Fleet, operating out of Dallas, TX. The position is designed to offer good miles while ensuring drivers are home for their families. Drivers will operate newer trucks, primarily Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths from 2021 and newer. The role emphasizes consistent weekly home time, with a 34-hour reset built into the route plan. The freight is 100% no-touch, with a significant portion being drop and hook.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older.
• Possess a valid US driver's license held for 12+ consecutive months.
• Hold a current Class A CDL from a single state.
• Have a minimum of 3 months of tractor-trailer (40ft+) experience in the last 36 months, or be Extended Road Test eligible (6 months in last 5 years or 12 in last 10).
• Have a maximum of 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No preventable CMV accidents in the last 5 years.
• No more than 3 jobs in the past 12 months.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years (5 years if prior to CDL-A).
• Must pass hair follicle and urine drug testing, plus DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Drive newer trucks (2021 and up Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths).
• Operate within the Southwest Regional Fleet, running out of Dallas.
• Complete routes that allow for weekly home time and a 34-hour reset.
• Transport 100% no-touch freight, with a mix of drop and hook (50-60%) and live unload.
• Achieve weekly mileage between 2,200 to 2,500 miles.
• Maintain an average haul of 400 miles.
