About The Position

This position is for a CDL-A Company Driver in the Southwest Regional Fleet, based out of Dallas, with a focus on getting drivers home weekly. The role involves 100% no-touch freight, with a mix of drop and hook and live unload. Drivers can expect to drive late-model equipment and receive 24/7 support.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver's license held in the US or US territories for the last 12 consecutive months.
Current valid Class A CDL issued by only one state.
Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer (40ft+) experience in the last 36 months, or qualify via Extended Road Test with 6 months experience in the last 5 years, or 12 months in the last 10 years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
No preventable CMV accidents in the last 5 years.
No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months.
No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years (5 years if prior to holding CDL-A).
Must pass hair follicle and urine drug testing and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

Drive a tractor-trailer for the Southwest Regional Fleet.
Operate 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop and hook and 40-50% live unload.
Average 2,200 to 2,500 miles per week.
Complete 34-hour resets at home weekly.
Adhere to safety regulations and maintain productivity.
Utilize late-model 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths.

Benefits

Average weekly gross: $1,200 to $1,600
Mileage pay: $0.54 to $0.60 CPM based on experience
Performance bonus: up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity
Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour
Layover/breakdown pay: $100 per day
Sign-on bonus: $3,000 total, paid $1,500 at 90 days and $1,500 at 6 months
Home weekly for your 34-hour reset
Late-model 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths
24/7 support staff on site to assist drivers
Paid vacation: 1 week after year 1, 2 weeks after year 3, 3 weeks after year 7, 4 weeks after year 15
