About The Position

We are seeking a CDL-A Driver for our Southwest Regional Fleet, based out of Dallas. This position offers weekly home time and competitive pay based on experience. The fleet utilizes newer equipment, primarily 2021+ Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths, and operates with 100% no-touch freight, a mix of drop and hook, and live unload. Drivers can expect to run 2,200 to 2,500 miles per week with an average haul length of 400 miles. Around-the-clock driver support is available.

Requirements

At least 21 years old.
Valid driver's license held in the US or territories for 12+ consecutive months.
Current Class A CDL from only one state.
3+ months tractor-trailer (40ft+) experience in the last 36 months, or Extended Road Test eligible (6 months in last 5 years, or 12 months in last 10).
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
No preventable CMV accidents in the last 5 years.
No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months.
No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years (5 years if before holding CDL-A).
Must pass hair follicle and urine drug test, plus DOT physical.

Responsibilities

Operate a tractor-trailer for regional routes within the Southwest.
Adhere to a schedule that allows for weekly home time.
Manage 2,200 to 2,500 miles per week.
Handle 100% no-touch freight, including drop and hook and live unload operations.
Ensure safe operation of company equipment.
Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.

Benefits

Pay of $0.54 to $0.60 per mile depending on experience.
Average weekly gross between $1,200 and $1,600.
Potential for an extra 3 CPM performance bonus based on safety and productivity.
$12.50 per hour detention after the first 2 hours.
$100 per day for layover or breakdown.
$3,000 sign-on bonus ($1,500 at 90 days, $1,500 at 6 months).
Weekly home time for 34-hour reset.

24/7 driver support staff.
