This regional East fleet hires new CDL-A drivers and provides 4 to 6 weeks of on-road training with an experienced driver trainer. Training pay is $650 per week. After the trainer signs off, drivers receive their own truck and are guaranteed $1,000 per week for their first three months solo. Drivers haul regional freight across the eastern states, with no single customer and mostly drop-and-hook loads. The schedule offers home time every two weeks, with approximately 1,800 to 2,300 miles per week. Average weekly gross pay is $1,000 to $1,500, with mileage pay that grows with experience, $15 stop pay, and a performance bonus. Health, dental, and vision insurance are available after 30 days, along with a 401(k) with company match and paid time off. The company also provides $300 in orientation pay and covers orientation travel. This is an equal opportunity employer.
