About The Position

The CDL-A Truck Driver works on a dedicated regional retail account for Dollar Tree, operating out of West Memphis, Arkansas. The role delivers dry freight on regional routes and offers weekly home time with a weekly 34-hour reset. Drivers average approximately 1,500 miles and three loads per week, with three stops per load. Freight moves from West Memphis to Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama. Drivers unload full truckloads using roto-carts and lift gates and must have safe, secure truck parking at home or another approved location. The position uses automatic sleeper trucks and 53-foot dry van trailers. Pay includes mileage pay and stop pay; stated averages are $1,600 weekly and $83,200 annually, with top pay of $1,800 weekly and $93,600 annually.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
Comfortable unloading full truckloads.
Able to operate roto-carts and lift gates.
Able to perform physical freight-handling duties.
Willing to operate regional routes.
Clean driving record.
DOT Medical Card.
No SAP drivers.

Responsibilities

Drive dedicated regional routes for the Dollar Tree account from West Memphis, Arkansas.
Deliver dry freight across the listed regional states.
