About The Position

We are hiring CDL-A drivers with 3 months or more of experience for a solo OTR dry van seat. Drivers average $1,525 per week and receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The freight is no-touch and runs across all 48 states, primarily east of I-35. Drivers go home every 10 to 14 days for 2 days. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day 30, a 401(k) with company match, and eligibility for safety and productivity bonuses. Loyalty pay begins after 12 months, along with paid vacation and a yearly raise.

Requirements

• 21 or older
• Valid Class A CDL
• 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 36 months (CDL school not counted)
• 2 or fewer moving violations in 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in 10 years
• Pass DOT physical, hair and urine drug screen

Responsibilities

• Drive a solo OTR dry van seat.
• Operate a 2023 or newer automatic truck.
• Transport dry van freight across all 48 states, mostly east of I-35.
• Handle mostly drop and hook, 99% no-touch freight.
• Adhere to detention policies after 2 hours.
• Accept layover or breakdown pay ($100/day).
• Utilize short-haul minimum.
• Go home every 10 to 14 days for 2 days.
• Earn loyalty pay starting at +3 cents/mile after 12 months, growing to +6 cents/mile.
• Earn paid vacation after 12 months.
• Receive a yearly raise after 12 months.
