About The Position
This role is for a solo CDL-A truck driver on an intermodal account originating from Wilmer, TX. The position offers regional routes with consistent freight, aiming to provide drivers with high weekly earnings and regular home time. Drivers will handle preloads, drop-and-hooks, and occasional live loads/unloads. The schedule requires weekend work and holiday availability, with an expectation to run a full clock and sleep in the truck as needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Must live within 40 miles of zip code 75172.
- Pass rigorous pre-employment health checks via dual-panel hair analysis and urine substance screening.
- Possess a CDL-A.
Responsibilities
- Operate regional intermodal lanes originating from Wilmer, TX.
- Handle smooth preloads, fast drop-and-hooks, and occasional live loads/unloads.
- Maintain continuous freight availability.
- Complete weekly 34-hour home resets.
- Run full clock and sleep in the truck as needed.
