About The Position
HWY Express is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for regional dry van routes based in Nashville, Tennessee. Drivers operate International LT tractors maintained for regional service; most units include APUs and inverters. Routes cover approximately 2,800–3,200 miles per week and haul 100% no-touch freight, with no loading or unloading responsibilities. Drivers return home every 7–8 days for a full 48-hour reset. Pay is $1,650–$1,850 per week, with monthly fuel bonus opportunities based on efficiency and performance. Dispatch and operations teams provide support with load planning, scheduling, and communication. The company is an equal opportunity employer.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Meet one of these experience qualifications: 6 months of experience within the last 12 months, 12 months within the last 3 years, or 3 years within the last 10 years.
Responsibilities
- Operate International LT tractors on regional dry van routes.

- Run approximately 2,800–3,200 miles per week.
