About The Position
Drive dedicated regional retail freight for Dollar Tree from West Memphis, Arkansas, delivering to locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama. The position averages approximately 1,500 miles per week, three loads per week, and three stops per load. Drivers unload full truckloads using roto-carts and lift gates, and are paid mileage pay and stop pay. The schedule includes a weekly 34-hour reset, with drivers home weekly. The posting lists average weekly pay of $1,600 and potential top weekly pay of $1,800, corresponding to average annual pay of $83,200 and top annualized pay of $93,600. Drivers operate automatic sleeper trucks pulling 53-foot dry van trailers. The truck must be parked at the driver's home or another secure location.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable truck-driving experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Must not be a SAP driver.
- Ability to unload freight using roto-carts and lift gates.
- Suitable place to park the truck at home or another secure location.
